Don't Fail to Plan, or You'll Plan to Fail

In your business plan, you should write out what business structure you're going to have, as well as who are going to be full time employees and if there will be independent contractors. You'll need to mention who owns how much of the business.

How much are you going to pay your employees? Budget out for a year using our suggested budget software, and you'll be able to set targets for how much work you'll need and who you'll need to hire.
